About the Team
The smallcase Inside Sales team plays a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Operating at the intersection of technology, finance, and customer engagement, the team connects with prospective customers, understands their needs, and helps them discover solutions that best fit their goals.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven team where strong communication, structured processes, and consistent execution are critical to success. The team works closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across the entire customer journey.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Intern, you will support the team in engaging with prospective customers through structured outreach and consultative conversations. You will gain hands-on experience in lead qualification, customer engagement, sales operations, and conversion management.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and is looking to build a career in sales, business development, or customer success. You will have the opportunity to learn how high-growth teams drive customer acquisition while contributing directly to business outcomes.
