Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Intern role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying potential clients, building and managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, creating sales proposals, supporting lead generation, and assisting in developing sales strategies. The intern will also provide administrative support to the sales team and participate in training sessions to grow knowledge of sales processes and industry trends.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and provide exceptional support.
  • Basic knowledge of Sales and Sales Management techniques to assist in executing sales strategies and meeting targets.
  • Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and develop skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team, with a passion for corporate gifting and client engagement solutions.
  • Relevant educational background, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
