PPO: High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time role

About Onemetric

We're looking for a driven and curious Sales Intern to support our outbound and inbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how B2B sales works in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to learn by doing.

What You'll do:

  • Support the sales team in lead generation and prospecting
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Assist in running sales campaigns
  • Help qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls
  • Maintain and update data in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and RevOps teams to improve outreach strategies
  • Track outreach performance and share basic insights
  • Assist in building sales playbooks and outreach templates

What we are looking for:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales, startups, and B2B SaaS
  • Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership
  • Comfortable with research and structured work
  • Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Hands on with LinkedIn, Google Sheets
  • Understanding of lead generation tools like Apollo, lusha
