Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - Inside Sales, based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving inside sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, collecting and analyzing client requirements, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The role also requires active collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques to identify and pursue promising opportunities.
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with potential and existing clients.
  • Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service to maintain and grow client satisfaction and trust.
  • Solid understanding of Sales principles and strategies for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, with a focus on goal-oriented performance.
  • Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or EXIM sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
