Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Intern role located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Intern will support the sales team by performing market research, identifying potential clients, and assisting in outreach and relationship building. Core responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting services to customers, providing product training, and supporting sales strategies. Interns will gain practical experience in customer engagement and the fundamentals of sales operations under expert guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and understand their needs
- Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management principles to assist in planning and strategy execution
- Ability to deliver Training to clients on products and services
- Interest in learning sales processes and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (current students may also apply)
- Familiarity with basic sales tools and CRM software is a plus
