About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Intern who is eager to build a long-term career in SaaS sales. This role is designed for recent graduates who want hands-on experience in enterprise sales and business development within a global product company.

As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with the sales team and leadership while actively contributing to lead generation, customer engagement, pipeline management, and sales coordination activities. The role provides an opportunity to learn practical sales execution and grow into a full-time sales role based on performance and potential.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Customer Engagement

  • Support outbound prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
  • Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Assist in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations.
  • Participate in customer discussions alongside senior sales team members.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and support ongoing sales conversations.

Sales Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support sales activities and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and customer-facing documents.
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
  • Track pipeline progress, lead status, and sales activities.
  • Support preparation of sales reports and weekly updates.

Research & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research on prospects, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Identify potential target accounts and business opportunities.
  • Support the team with research-based insights to improve outreach effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and lead management initiatives.
  • Coordinate with product and internal teams to ensure smooth communication during the sales process.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Management or related disciplines.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer engagement.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM platforms is an advantage.
  • Internship/project exposure in sales, marketing, or customer interaction will be preferred.
