By combining persistent project memory, multi-agent orchestration, and built-in governance, Hapie enables mid-market and enterprise teams to deliver software faster without compromising on quality, security, or compliance. 

About the Role 

We are looking for a Sales Intern to support outreach, campaign execution, and pipeline tracking for Nexgen and Hapie. You will be responsible for getting our brands in front of the right people through cold outreach, structured campaigns, and consistent follow-ups. 

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is curious, persistent, and excited to learn how modern sales actually works. 

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) 

  • Prospect research: build a target list of 100–150 qualified contacts per week (matched to ICP for Nexgen and Hapie) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other tools. 
  • Outreach volume: send 200–300 personalized outreach messages per week across email and LinkedIn, with at least 3-step follow-up sequences per prospect. 
  • Meeting generation: book 8–10 qualified discovery meetings per month; achieve 5%+ reply rate and 1–2% meeting-booked rate from cold outreach. 
  • Campaign experiments: run 2–3 A/B tests per week on subject lines, opening hooks, and CTAs; document what wins and update the playbook. 
  • CRM hygiene: maintain 100% data accuracy in the CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Notion) across contact, company, stage, and next-step fields; zero records older than 14 days without an update. 
  • Reporting: publish a weekly funnel report covering prospects added, messages sent, open rate, reply rate, meetings booked, and pipeline value; flag bottlenecks with a hypothesis. 
  • Cross-team coordination: request decks, case studies, and collateral from the design and marketing team with 3-day lead time; ensure no outreach goes out without the right supporting asset. 

Skills & Tools 

  • Excellent written communication and the ability to craft personalized outreach copy. 
  • Strong organizational skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and trackers. 
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo / Lusha, HubSpot / Zoho / Notion CRM, Instantly / Lemlist (or similar email tools). 
  • Comfort with numbers and the ability to read funnel metrics to identify what is working. 
  • Bonus: prior experience in B2B sales, lead gen, or growth roles, even from a college project or freelance gig.
