About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our sales and business development activities in the chemical trading domain. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to industrial chemicals, client interaction, market research, and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and market opportunities
- Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Conduct basic market research on chemicals, industries, and competitors
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and follow-ups
- Support in customer communication via email and phone
- Assist in lead generation and follow-up activities
- Learn pricing, procurement, and logistics basics related to chemical trading
Eligibility & Requirements
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, or related fields
- Basic understanding or interest in chemicals and industrial sales
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
- Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset
