Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Sales Support & Back Office Intern/trainee to assist with essential administrative and operational functions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical exposure to both sales support and back-office operations, including data management, internal coordination, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
- Update and manage internal databases and spreadsheets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Manage email communications and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Execute other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals
Qualification & Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or having less than one year of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes
