Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Intern located in Mumbai. As a Sales Intern, the applicant will support daily sales activities, engage directly with existing and potential clients, assist in on-site client meetings, and contribute to customer onboarding and satisfaction. The role also involves understanding product offerings, preparing sales reports, and supporting promotional campaigns in coordination with the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client inquiries and maintain relationships
  • Knowledge or experience in Sales, including an understanding of sales planning and execution
  • Ability to assist Sales Management processes and coordinate training initiatives
  • Proficiency in building rapport with clients and providing tailored solutions
  • Graduation in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
