Position: Tele Sales Intern

Location: Jaipur

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Interns to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, particularly within the logistics and supply chain industry. Successful candidates will contribute to lead generation efforts, maintain client relationships, and support the overall sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound tele-calling to prospective and existing customers to promote company services

Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other appropriate channels

Schedule and, if necessary, participate in face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their requirements

Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and prospects

Accurately record and manage customer information and sales activities in CRM systems

Coordinate with other sales team members and departments to resolve client queries

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities

Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements:

Keen interest in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills

Ability to learn about products/services quickly and explain them to prospects

Willingness to occasionally travel for face-to-face client meetings, if required

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn

Prior internship or coursework in logistics, supply chain, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory
