About the Role:

We are seeking a proactiveBusiness Development Internto support ourB2B and B2Csales and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to lead generation, client acquisition, customer engagement, and marketing campaigns across multiple business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, and databases
  • Assist in corporate client onboarding and proposal preparation
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Support sales pipeline management and CRM updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements

B2C Responsibilities:

  • Assist in customer acquisition campaigns (digital & offline)
  • Support lead handling from website, ads, and social media
  • Follow up with individual customers and resolve basic queries
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns

Common Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales reports, pitch decks, and MIS
  • Support marketing campaigns and brand-building activities
  • Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-ups

Required Skills:
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of B2B and B2C sales cycles
  • Comfortable with cold calling, emails, and follow-ups
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Self-motivated with a learning mindset

Good to Have:

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales, etc.)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, lead funnels, or performance marketing
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or email tools
