Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying new clients based on product size and requirements.
  • Support the sales team in maintaining strong business relationships with clients.
  • Help in achieving weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate daily tasks as per organizational SOPs and maintain proper documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel-based sales reports and presentations.
  • Participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person) and support business discussions.
  • Assist in upselling, cross-selling, and retention efforts for existing clients.
  • Work closely with senior sales managers to understand client onboarding and lead generation strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High confidence level with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking and reporting.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
