Job Title: Sales Intern

About Us
We are looking for a Sales Intern who is enthusiastic about learning sales operations and customer management. The intern will work closely with the sales and account management team to support day-to-day sales activities, order tracking, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Track sales orders from confirmation to delivery and ensure timely updates
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) for smooth order processing
- Connect with customers to share order status, resolve basic queries, and collect feedback
- Maintain and update customer and order data in Excel / CRM systems
- Assist the sales team in follow-ups, documentation, and reporting
- Help in preparing daily / weekly sales reports
Requirements
- Students pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in Sales, Marketing, Management, or related fields
- Candidates with good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn sales processes and customer handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
