Job Description: Sales Intern (3 Months Internship)

Role Overview

The Sales Intern will support the sales team in handling leads, assisting with customer communication, and learning end-to-end sales processes in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in handling inbound and outbound leads
  • Support in explaining tour packages, visa services, and travel products to customers
  • Follow up with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Maintain and update customer data and sales records
  • Coordinate with operations and senior sales executives
  • Learn sales pitch, negotiation, and closing techniques
  • Support daily sales reporting as required

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / Undergraduate students (any stream)
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Willingness to learn sales processes and customer handling
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
