Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Category team in day-to-day operational and coordination activities. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of processes related to product movement, vendor management, and order tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in vendor onboarding processes, including documentation and coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate the booking of porters for sample and material movement across locations
- Track and monitor order dispatches and deliveries to ensure timely execution
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless operational flow
- Maintain and update records related to vendors, orders, and logistics activities
- Support the team in resolving coordination-related issues and follow-ups
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects within the Category function
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation in any discipline
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
