Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Intern, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Intern will assist in customer relationship management, support the sales team in executing strategies, and participate in lead generation activities. Responsibilities include facilitating communication with clients, delivering excellent customer service, conducting training sessions to educate customers about services, and assisting in basic sales management tasks to optimize performance. The intern will gain hands-on experience and insights into sales operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and build positive relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Training to support lead generation, develop sales strategies, and educate clients about offerings.
  • Basic understanding of Sales Management principles, including organizing and optimizing sales operations.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Pursuing or completing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered products or a strong technical acumen would be advantageous but is not required.
