Job Description- Sales Executive (Fresher)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our growing sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in industrial technology sales, working with innovative solutions in Machine Vision, IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), Industry 4.0, and Industrial Automation.

As a Sales Executive, you will be trained to identify customer requirements, generate leads, support product demonstrations, participate in automation exhibitions, and assist in building long-term customer relationships. You will work closely with senior sales professionals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets while developing strong technical and business knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the company's products and solutions in Machine Vision, IIoT, and Industry 4.0.
  • Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Assist in reaching out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Represent the company at automation exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities using Excel or CRM software.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets under the guidance of senior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months prior internship of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn technology products and B2B sales.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
  • Good presentation and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Interest in Industrial Automation, Machine Vision, IIoT, Industry 4.0, Robotics, or Software Solutions.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with customers.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and business events.
