Job Description- Sales Executive (Fresher)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be trained to identify customer requirements, generate leads, support product demonstrations, participate in automation exhibitions, and assist in building long-term customer relationships. You will work closely with senior sales professionals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets while developing strong technical and business knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the company's products and solutions in Machine Vision, IIoT, and Industry 4.0.
- Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Assist in reaching out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Represent the company at automation exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities using Excel or CRM software.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets under the guidance of senior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months prior internship of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn technology products and B2B sales.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
- Good presentation and organizational skills.
