IP House of India is building a platform to create and commercialise engineering IP/Design (intellectual property/hardware design) in India. We connect design houses, manufacturers, and market demand to turn ideas into real, scalable products. We build high-demand, high-margin IPs and create a pipeline of 1,000+ market-ready IPs, converting them into OEM/ODM products for global markets.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, reporting to the Sales Manager. The role focuses on building and driving the IP-led sales pipeline, identifying target customers, creating opportunities, and supporting conversion of IP into revenue.

  • Identify and map target customers and industries
  • Execute lead generation and outreach

  • Support customer qualification and discovery
  • Assist in sales meetings, follow-ups, and coordination
  • Help prepare proposals, decks, and solution notes
  • Maintain pipeline tracking and CRM updates

Qualifications

  • MBA / Engineering (preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Interest in B2B sales, hardware, and technology solutions
  • High ownership and execution mindset
