This is a target based job which require Doctor's onboarding as well as Annual Plan sale.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Intern specializing in onboarding doctors to SaaS solutions. Based in Bengaluru, the role involves reaching out to clinics and doctors, presenting and demonstrating the DocKey platform, generating leads, assisting with onboarding processes, and providing ongoing support to clients. The intern will actively contribute to the growth and adoption of the platform by building strong relationships with clients and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Experience in Sales and Lead Generation, including converting potential leads into loyal users
• Familiarity with Sales Operations and meeting sales targets
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Prior experience or education in healthcare technology or SaaS is a plus

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Doctor Outreach: Conduct daily field visits to clinics and private practices to pitch DocKey platform.

Onboarding: Walk doctors through the platform features and complete their digital registration process on the spot.

Lead Generation: Identify and map clinics and private practitioners within your assigned territory.

Relationship Management: Act as a bridge between doctors and DocKey team to resolve any initial setup queries.

Reporting: Update daily visit logs, conversion data, and feedback to the DocKey reporting Manager.

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 3,000 - 8,000 /month
