Job Position: Sales Intern

Must Have:
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts, lead generation, communication skills, CRM tools (basic exposure), MS Excel / Google Sheets, presentation skills, willingness to learn B2B sales processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads.
- Supporting outbound and inbound sales activities, including emails, calls, and follow-ups.
- Maintaining and updating customer and lead information in CRM tools.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and target accounts.
- Preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required.
- Collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to support campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Learning Clovity's services, solutions, and partner ecosystem (Atlassian-focused offerings).
- Tracking sales activities and providing regular updates to the sales manager.
- Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews.

- Basic knowledge of B2B sales processes is a plus.

Education:
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.
