Job Description

Job Position: Sales Intern

Job Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Location: Remote

Experience Level: Fresher/Entry Level

Must Have:

Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts, lead generation, communication skills, CRM tools (basic exposure), MS Excel / Google Sheets, presentation skills, willingness to learn B2B sales processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads.
  • Supporting outbound and inbound sales activities, including emails, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Maintaining and updating customer and lead information in CRM tools.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and target accounts.
  • Preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required.
  • Collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to support campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Learning Clovity's services, solutions, and partner ecosystem (Atlassian-focused offerings).
  • Tracking sales activities and providing regular updates to the sales manager.
  • Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Interest in sales, business development, or marketing roles.
  • Basic knowledge of B2B sales processes is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.

Education:

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.
