Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Hiring - Should onbaord team of 10-15 Sales Represtantive

2. Sales & Target Achievement - Drive the team to achieve their KRAs and should have a proven track record of the same. Drive the team to achieve new UCC and AUM through open market.

3. Business Growth & Strategy- Enhance business through innovative solutions and be accountable for PnL.

4. Process & Performance Management - Ensure the drive of process as per the company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate/MBA with 512+ years of experience in financial services sales.

Currently should me managing team of atleast 10-20 people.

Strong understanding of broking, demat products, PMS, margin funding, and related investment offerings.

Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving ambitious targets.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
