We're Hiring | Sales & Distribution Head Maharashtra & Gujarat
Product: SEBI Registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF)
We are looking to onboard an experienced Sales & Distribution Head to lead fund-raising and investor relationships across Maharashtra and Gujarat for our Category III AIF platform.
*Key Responsibilities*
Drive capital raising from HNI, UHNI, Family Offices & Entrepreneurs
Build and scale a strong regional investor & distributor network
Execute sales strategies aligned with fund objectives and market dynamics
Manage relationships with wealth managers, MFDs, RIAs, private banks & family offices
Lead investor meetings, presentations & roadshows
Work closely with investment, compliance & marketing teams
Track fund-raising pipeline, closures & report to leadership
Represent the firm at industry events and investor forums
*Mandatory Experience*
8+ years in sales & distribution
Strong exposure to Alternatives / CAT IIII AIFs / PMS / PE / Hedge strategies
Proven track record of raising capital in high-ticket products
Established relationships with HNI / UHNI / Family Offices / Entrepreneurs
Deep understanding of Maharashtra & Gujarat wealth ecosystem
Strong communication, negotiation & relationship skills

Existing investor book & active distributor network
Experience with proprietary fund sales
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale a region independently
High integrity and strong compliance orientation
