We are a fast-growing startup in the solar and power solutions industry, looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to lead business development and sales operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solar, battery, UPS, and inverter sales, along with the ability to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and expand market presence across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales strategy and business development
• Identify new business opportunities in solar and power solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Coordinate with technical teams for project execution
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of:

• Solar systems
• Batteries (Lithium-ion / Lead-acid)
• UPS & Inverters
• Proven experience in solar / battery / power solutions sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a startup environment
• Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / MBA (Marketing preferred)
• 4+ years experience in solar / battery / inverter industry
• Experience in B2B / B2C / Channel Sales

Experience : 2 - 4

Timing : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Shift : Day Shift (Onsite)
