Job Summary:

Marut Air Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and drive nationwide sales operations. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, achieving revenue targets, and building a high-performance sales organization.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong track record in sales management, capable of scaling business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and enhancing market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Drive revenue growth by setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Lead, mentor, and manage a nationwide sales team to ensure high performance.

Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams for aligned execution.

Ensure consistency in sales processes across regions by working with regional teams.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior leadership.

Leverage CRM tools and sales analytics for data-driven decision-making.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA in Marketing/Operations from a reputed institution (full-time).

10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.

Expertise in sales strategy, CRM systems, and analytics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
