Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our Brand Sales division in Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing high-performing teams, and driving substantial revenue growth across Haryana for MaxxGro Agrology Limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals and business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance metrics to drive excellence
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to accelerate business expansion across the region
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and revenue objectives across all channels
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, analytical reports, and business reviews to senior management
- Drive brand positioning and market penetration initiatives in the domestic agricultural sector
Requirements
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing or related field preferred
- Experience: 15+ years of proven experience in Domestic Sales (Agri-business/FMCG sector preferred)
- Area of Operation: Haryana
- Strong strategic planning, analytical thinking, and business acumen
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and people development capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
- Ability to build and nurture long-term business relationships
- Willingness to travel extensively within Haryana and nearby regions as required
