Job Description

Job Summary:

Head Sales oversee sales operations, promotes playground equipment to various institutions, and builds strong customer relationships. The role includes developing strategic sales plans, achieving targets, leading a sales team, and aligning with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own a team of Territory Heads and responsible for meeting/exceeding targets
  • Guide in preparation of effective presentations, captivating Sales pitches & negotiation techniques and pass on to the team through training & monitor implementation
  • Implement highly effective sales practices, conduct weekly meetings and quarterly reviews
  • Accompany Territory Heads in negotiation and finalization meetings
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive sales and business development activities to improve short- and long-term growth.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline capable of delivering the budget.
  • Analyse sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key/major clients and key influencers like Architects/Design firms.
  • Handle Sales and Business Development of country's prime region, Maharashtra & Gujarat.
  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding targets of assigned region (Maharashtra & Gujarat)
  • Proactively develop and create customer relationship in assigned area.
  • Representing the company in trade associations, conferences, trade shows and industry Networking events
  • Liaise effectively with the in-house sales support, marketing, design and Project Management teams.

Preferred Industries: Turnkey Commercial/Industrial Construction Projects, Turnkey project selling companies, Capital Goods Industries, Commercial Pools, Leisure industry, Companies selling solutions (Water treatment, Sewage etc.) to Hotels & Resorts, Commercial Water Filtration Plants Selling, Turnkey Power Projects etc

Desired Profile:

  • Candidate with at least 10-12 years of experience in project sales, business development, Strategy and key account management.
  • Minimum 4yrs of experience in the leadership role.
  • Experience of Direct sales to key accounts
