Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Participate in industry trade shows and networking events to promote the company.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Understanding of construction industry trends and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
EXPERIENCE : 1-5 Years
Salary : 20000-35000
