Norris Electronics Private Limited is a leading provider of innovative Hospital Automation and
Electronic Solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality and reliable products to our clients. Our
portfolio includes advanced solutions such as Nurse Call Systems, Queue Management Systems,
Panic Call Systems, and other hospital communication technologies.
We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and customer-focused Marketing Executive to join our
growing team and lead field marketing initiatives across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit hospitals and healthcare facilities across the region to promote company products and
solutions.
* Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, visiting cards, and catalogs to
prospective clients.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing solutions like Nurse Call Systems,
Queue Management Systems, and Panic Call Systems.
* Attend client meetings to understand their requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
* Support negotiation meetings to assist in finalizing deals and contracts.
* Participate in project discussions and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
and client satisfaction.
* Maintain regular follow-ups and report market feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements:
* **Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1–3 years of field marketing or sales experience, preferably in the electronics or healthcare
industry.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and nearby states.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic digital marketing awareness.
