Role Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our retail team as Home Consultants. This is an in-store sales role where you will assist walk-in customers, provide product recommendations, and create a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection and recommendations
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness standards
- Support order processing and ensure smooth post-sales service
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Prepare daily sales reports and track customer interactions
Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with 6month –2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in home décor, furniture, or interior styling
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Comfortable with a 6-day workweek (1 rotational off)
