Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Adoni. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing recommendations on suitable products. You will drive sales by meeting targets, keeping track of inventory, and maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, contributing to marketing strategies, and ensuring excellent in-store presentation.

  • Experience in customer relationship management, client engagement, and providing top-tier customer service.
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and meeting sales targets.
  • Knowledge of retail and inventory management processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for jewelry and a creative approach to solving customer needs.
  • Previous sales or retail experience in jewelry or related industries is preferred.
  • A positive attitude, ability to work in a collaborative team environment, and drive for achieving goals.
