Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will engage in daily tasks such as prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property tours, advising clients on property options, negotiating offers, and closing sales. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for preparing and presenting sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Ability to understand and analyze real estate market trends
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
