Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will manage client relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client presentations, closing sales, and ensuring exceptional post-sale service. The role requires coordination with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and market demands.

Qualifications
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content distribution, and market trends
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and deliver customized solutions effectively
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles is a plus
