Google Ads B2B Sales Consultant - Indian Market

Role and Responsibilities

As a Google Ads B2B Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be to act as a trusted advisor for businesses across the Indian market, guiding them through the entire journey of leveraging Google Ads for maximum profitability.

  • Consultative Sales: Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard new advertisers onto the Google Ads platform.
  • Customer Impact: Proactively engage with assigned customers (both inbound and outbound) to pitch Google Ads solutions, driving significant business impact.
  • Campaign Optimization: Develop and optimize advertisers campaigns, providing best-practice recommendations to help them generate more profits and revenue.
  • Needs Assessment: Master the art of adaptively diagnosing and understanding the customer's specific needs, objectives, and pain points to offer tailored Google Ads strategies.
  • Issue Resolution: Track and resolve end-user issues or opportunities based on established guidelines, documentation, and best practices.
  • Performance Targets: Consistently hit high productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets.
  • High-Volume Handling: Effectively manage and engage with a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis within a pure voice sales profile.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a relevant sales, business development, or account management role.
  • Education: Must be a Graduate (any discipline).
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record and excellent skills in sales, negotiation, and convincing power true sales enthusiast!
  • Google Ads Expertise: Strong core knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max (Pmax), etc.) and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Indian B2B market and business landscape.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills, comfortable working in a voice-based sales environment.

  • Location: Work from Office - Gurgaon, Sector 30.
  • Schedule: Day Shift, 5 days working.
  • Time Off: Fixed Saturday and Sunday Off.
  • Commute: Both sides company-provided cab facility.
