Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-orientedSales Executiveto promote and sell insurance products to individual and corporate clients. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, policy sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and field visits
- Promote and sell insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain product features and benefits
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Ensure timely policy issuance and documentation completion
- Provide after-sales support and assist clients with renewals and claims coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred)
- 13 years of experience in sales (insurance or financial services preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
