Job Description: Sales Executive - EV Charging Solutions

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in EV charging infrastructure across Mumbai's real estate, industrial, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals with key stakeholders in the rapidly expanding electric vehicle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential societies, commercial complexes, real estate developers, EPC contractors, and manufacturing facilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline across assigned territories
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for EV charging installations
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations to clients

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with housing society committees, facility managers, and procurement heads
  • Coordinate with EPC contractors for project specifications and tender participation
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to stakeholders
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on EV market trends, government policies, and subsidy schemes
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies
  • Identify emerging opportunities in the Mumbai real estate and industrial sectors

Sales Operations

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Coordinate with technical and installation teams for seamless project execution

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics
  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in electrical/infrastructure/technology products)
  • Prior experience in real estate, EPC, or facility management sectors is advantageous
  • Freshers can also apply

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of EV charging ecosystem and infrastructure requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office
