We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales activities, nurture leads, and convert potential customers into clients. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, target-driven, and able to understand client needs to promote the company's services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and email communication to generate and qualify leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant product/service offerings.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or presentations for the sales team when required.
- Maintain and update lead data, sales trackers, and CRM systems.
- Reach out to potential prospects through databases, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Share quotations, proposals, and product information with clients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Provide feedback to marketing/sales teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely responses.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 13 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
