Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Promote and sell medical devices and healthcare products to hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase managers, administrators, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and product demonstrations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  • Generate enquiries, follow up on quotations, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with service, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events as required.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Science/Biotechnology/Life Sciences preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Pharma, Diagnostics, or Hospital Sales.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered.
  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel extensively.
