Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and confident Sales Executive with proven experience in IT products or digital product sales. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle, from lead handling to successful client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell IT, SaaS, and digital products/services to potential clients
- Manage end-to-end sales independently, including pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand business needs
- Convert leads into customers with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain client interactions, follow-ups, and pipelines using CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in IT products or digital product sales
- Strong sales closing and target achievement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Confident personality with strong presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Preferred (Added Advantage):
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of AI chatbots, automation tools, SaaS platforms, or digital marketing solutions
- Experience in B2B technology sales
Compensation & Benefits:
