Regional Sales Manager / State Sales Head

Job Purpose

To drive primary sales through Tier-1 and Tier-2 stockists while supporting secondary market development through active dealer and retailer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Generate primary sales from assigned stockists

Conduct regular dealer and sub-dealer visits

Promote products through:

Ensure product visibility and market penetration

Support company-run digital and promotional campaigns

Collect market feedback and competitor information

Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams

Candidate Profile:

Experience: 6 months1 year in field sales (any industry)

Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered

Mandatory requirements:

oOwn two-wheeler

oValid driving license

oSmartphone

Good communication skills

Willingness to travel locally and work in a target-driven role

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month
