About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to lead the growth of Skoolway in the Kerala market. This is a high-energy field sales role. You will spend most of your time on the road, meeting school authorities and closing deals.

What you will do:- Field Visits: Visit schools across your assigned region daily to meet Principals and Owners.
- Lead Generation: Make cold calls and follow up on leads to set your own meetings.
- Reporting: Report to our office in Kakkanad, Kochi for strategy and team meetings as required.
- Closing: Handle the entire sales process from the first meeting to final onboarding.
What we are looking for:- Field Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in direct/field sales (Experience selling to schools or businesses in Kerala is a plus).
- Communication: Must be fluent in Malayalam and able to talk to decision-makers with confidence.
- Independence: You should be able to manage your daily schedule and hit targets without someone watching you.
- Mobility: You must be willing to travel daily within your region.
