Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Honda two-wheelers to customers, maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining knowledge of product specifications. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, offering consultations, managing sales documentation, and providing post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with team members and participation in sales events or promotional activities are also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and building rapport with customers
- Sales and negotiation skills for closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Basic computer skills for managing sales records and customer databases
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Honda two-wheeler product features and industry trends
- Teamwork and collaboration skills for working effectively with colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam is preferred
- Valid driver's license and familiarity with two-wheeler usage is required
