Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through effective customer engagement, understanding client preferences, and providing tailored product recommendations. The role includes building strong customer relationships, facilitating seamless sales transactions, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high standard of in-store presentations. Additionally, the Sales Executive will stay updated on inventory, assist in visual merchandising, and ensure exceptional post-sales service.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service experience with a focus on building positive client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and address customer needs
- Knowledge or passion for jewelry, luxury goods, or related industries
- Basic understanding of sales strategies and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets

- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
