Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, conducting market research, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts. Collaborating with internal teams, the Sales Executive ensures the alignment of customer needs with Variable Soft's offerings.

• Strong understanding of Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and customer needs analysis
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and tools
• Knowledge or experience in IT solutions, software services, and technical concepts is a plus
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in a Sales or client-facing role is highly preferred
