At ShippingLabel.in, we're simplifying shipping for Indian e-commerce sellers especially those selling across borders. We're looking for a driven Field Sales Executive who understands sellers challenges and can offer smart, customized shipping solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard e-commerce sellers engaged in cross-border sales
- Visit sellers, understand their business model, and conduct requirement analysis
- Present and explain shipping label solutions tailored to each seller's needs
- Open and manage customer accounts from onboarding to activation
- Build strong, long-term relationships with sellers
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized shipping solutions
- Track leads, sales progress, and customer feedback
What We're Looking For- Experience in field sales, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and shipping workflows
- Ability to explain solutions clearly and confidently
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field work
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
