Job Description

V2 Fitness Zone is a premium fitness facility focused on transforming lives through expert training, personalized coaching, and an elite gym experience. We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager who can lead memberships, drive conversions, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle gym membership sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Convert walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into memberships and PT packages
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Manage client onboarding and maintain excellent customer experience
  • Coordinate with trainers and front desk staff for smooth client handling
  • Develop local marketing and promotional strategies to increase memberships
  • Track daily sales performance and maintain reports
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, corporates, and communities
  • Ensure high client retention and renewals

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident in handling targets and team coordination
  • Good knowledge of gym memberships, fitness services, and customer engagement
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM handling, and social media communication
  • Energetic, professional, and presentable personality
