Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management tools (CRM) (Mandatory skill), with an emphasis on client interaction and data management.
  • Expertise in using Salesforce (Mandatory skill) for streamlined sales processes and customer management efficiencies.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, aimed at fostering long-term partnerships and closing deals that meet company targets and client needs.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and development of sales funnels to identify and capitalize on potential new customers.
  • Account management skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, as well as the effective handling of queries and issues.
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales environments, demonstrating the ability to engage with corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to craft and implement data-driven sales strategies, leveraging insights to optimize sales performance and outcomes.
  • Familiarity with digital sales channels to reach wider markets and incorporate innovative sales approaches.
