Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bachupally. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging prospective buyers, conducting property site visits, and explaining project features, pricing, and payment plans in a clear and professional manner. The role includes generating and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. The Sales Executive will coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure timely availability of project information and sales materials. The role also involves preparing basic sales proposals, supporting documentation, and assisting customers throughout the booking and post-sales process. The Sales Executive is expected to meet individual sales targets while providing a positive experience to every customer.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including relationship-building, active listening, and clear verbal communication.
  • Proven ability in sales or business development, preferably in real estate, housing finance, or related sectors.
  • Comfort with lead management, basic CRM tools, and maintaining accurate sales documentation and reports.
  • Good negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills to guide customers toward informed decisions.
  • Working knowledge of local real estate market trends in and around Bachupally or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work on-site, including weekends and evenings as needed based on customer appointments and site visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages commonly used in Hyderabad is an advantage.
