Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bachupally. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging prospective buyers, conducting property site visits, and explaining project features, pricing, and payment plans in a clear and professional manner. The role includes generating and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. The Sales Executive will coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure timely availability of project information and sales materials. The role also involves preparing basic sales proposals, supporting documentation, and assisting customers throughout the booking and post-sales process. The Sales Executive is expected to meet individual sales targets while providing a positive experience to every customer.
