Role Overview-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibility-

  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
  • Present Trynocode Labs services, including software development, AI solutions, no-code development, and training programs.
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings with potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals and assist in closing deals.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements -

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in IT services, software sales, SaaS, or technology consulting will be preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
